The Source Training develops training in a modular fashion. This allows its clients to utilize modules as standalone objects or incorporate them in existing training systems. TST also can create training applications that consist of a collection of modules accessed from one of our navigation systems. These systems include agenda-based navigation, process-based navigation, scenario-based navigation, adventure-based navigation, etc. The Source Training has a number of pre-built module types some of which are discussed in this section of the website. TST can also create custom module types for your organization.
Because of our modular approach, it is extremely simple to create a variety of iterations of your training systems. Not only is it easy to deploy your training to eight different formats using our system, but for example, you can also create an eight format implementation that contains all training modules, one that includes modules pertaining to managers, one that includes only modules for staff members, etc.
