Blended Learning Portal
We all learn differently, which is an important component of The Source Training's eight format system. But we also have situations that may dictate which form of learning is best for a given time frame. The Source Training's Blended Learning Portal allows access to training content in up to eight different formats.
For one section of a training course, a user may want to review it on a plane. That user can download the CBT version, PDF version, Pocket PC version or MP3 version. Later, he/she may be multi-tasking and would like to listen to the MP3 version directly from the computer. Another time he/she may want to register for an instructor-led version of a particular section of the course. The bottom line, as long as users can certify their knowledge of the content using TST's assessment module types, then let them learn however suites them best!
GaZoom
Have you ever been reviewing computer-based training, and wished you could see your computer desktop concurrently? Have you taken a course designed to teach a desktop computer application and had to minimize and maximize, and minimize and maximize in order to truly try out the steps involved in learning the application? Well, make way for GaZoom. GaZoom is a desktop training assistant that occupies a very small footprint on your computer. However, GaZoom still has all the great features of much larger footprint systems. GaZoom includes menu navigation, access to large format images(video, interactive flash, static graphics), vProfessors, text, and Attachments.
Skins
The Source Training's Systems are created in such a manner that the colors, logos, etc. are separate from the content. This means that you could create several training systems that each had their own 'branding' but contained the same content. This allows companies to sell custom-branded identical content to partners, clients, etc. or subsidiary companies can have their own branded version of the parent company's training materials.
Navigation
The Source Training's Systems can be designed with a variety of navigation systems allowing users to access training modules in a context that makes sense for the learning environment. These navigation systems include process-based navigation, agenda-based navigation, scenario-based navigation, adventure game-based navigation, or the blended learning portal. We can also create a custom navigation system based on your organization's requirements.
